Congratulations to all of the talented students, partner organisations and Macquarie staff who received awards at the 2021 Judyth Sachs PACE Prizes event on the 12th of July.
There were 61 students, six organisations and five staff who were awarded for their outstanding participation or development of Professional and Community Engagement (PACE) work-integrated learning activities during 2021—whether as a student who completed a PACE unit, a PACE partner who facilitated exceptional student experiences, or staff who contributed to the PACE framework within Macquarie.
The event brought together participants and members of the PACE community and wider Macquarie University at our first prize-giving event since 2019—a long-overdue celebration!
The PACE Prizes were reviewed in 2021, and based on the feedback received, the below prize categories were awarded:
- PACE Faculty Student Prize
- PACE Student Leadership Prize
- PACE Partner Prize (new)
- PACE Staff Prize (new)
The full list of winners and highly commended finalists can be viewed below and on the PACE Prizes website and prize winners booklet.
We congratulate all prize recipients on their outstanding contributions to work-integrated learning experiences throughout 2021.
